Where it started
Eight years writing code for real clients — database design, backend systems, data pipelines. Across four companies I learned what it takes to ship software that people actually depend on.

Running the business
I managed multi-site retail for nearly a decade (BWS and Dan Murphy's). P&L, forecasting, hiring, compliance — the full picture. When I build data systems now, I know exactly what the people using them need.
